Key responsibilities:

  • Trend monitoring: to follow and learn about current trends, content and creators related to our industry on the TikTok platform.

  • Managing TikTok: Participate in the development of TikTok's content strategy. shoot and edit videos according to the existing strategy and supervise the posted content.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Participate in social media content planning and assist in execution. tracking comments and correspondence in existing channels.

  • Find information and understand the technical side of the industry: Find all the information you need online, learn the specifics of the industry, and research the issue in detail to be able to produce content on said topics.


Experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong verbal and written skills in English to produce content aimed at an international audience.

  • Basic knowledge of video editing.

  • Technical knowledge of the TikTok platform and experience of posting content in the same channel.

  • Special preference is given to those who have had contact with crypto, technology and/or experience working in an agency.

  • Then, we’ll connect with the Head of Content to discuss your skills, experience, and how they align with Moncero’s vision and mission.

  • After that, you’ll get a chance to work on a take-home assignment that’s a win-win for both of us. It’ll give you a better idea of what you’ll be doing while working with us and help us see if your theoretical knowledge matches your practical skills.

  • We’ll also meet with the CMO online to finalize the hiring decision.
